Very responsive and did a good job installing my window A/C but it is now dripping into window frame and I’m told a drip pan should have also been installed. Not entirely the installer’s fault; I should have researched and found this out.

He was great got the work done quickly, very quickly. He fixed my dishwasher, it wouldn't drain. I took away one star because the communication is not that great. On Wednesday I set an appointment for Saturday and he came unexpectedly the next day. He also gave me a higher quote than the initial estimate but I wasn't too upset about that. I'm happy I have a working dishwasher again. Thanks Nik!
